What’s the minimum number of chair covers that I can hire?
There is no set minimum number of chair covers that you can book so even if you are planning a small, discrete event, we will be able to help you make it as special as possible.
Why are Special Events’ chair covers unique?
The chair covers supplied by Special Events are made from a unique stretch fabric that is close-fitting to allow for a perfect fit to any chair. The covers keep their shape throughout your whole event and will look as good at the end of the night as they did at the start.
What happens if you don’t have the colour of sash that I need?
We have an extensive range of classic and high fashion colours so we should be able to offer you a colour to match your colour scheme. If you require something a bit different, then just ask!
Do we have to fit the chair covers ourselves?
Special Events deliver the chair covers to the venue, fit each chair cover, tie each sash into a perfect bow and make sure that the chairs look fantastic. At the end of the event, we pick up the chair covers from the venue so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
I don’t know how big the chairs at our venue are – is that a problem?
Our chair covers are designed specially to fit any type of chair. We haven’t encountered a chair yet that we haven’t been able to cover.
Which areas do you serve?
Special Events is based in Teesside and so we’re ideally situated to cover events and venues across the North East, from North Yorkshire to Tyne and Wear.
How do we pay?
We ask for a 20% deposit upon confirmation of the booking and then payment of the remainder two weeks before the date of the event. We can accept direct bank transfers, cheques or cash.
